Take A Hike // Tangelo Quilt & Kids’ Shirts

We have been loving all of the Take A Hike projects we’ve been seeing pop up in the blogosphere. So, to further the inspiration, we wanted to share a couple of our own!

Take a look at this stunning quilt by Carolyn Friedlander. She used her own pattern, the Tangelo Quilt, which you can find more information about here. We love the way Take A Hike looks in this pattern – it fits perfectly! If you’re headed to International Quilt Market this weekend in Houston, TX, you’ll be able to see this quilt in person. Be sure to stop by our booth – we’re #1836!

Remember this shirt? A couple months ago we made an Archer Button-Up out of the Thermos Plaid print from Take A Hike, and we thought that little matching shirts would be adorable. So we had to make it happen!

Here are some Dear Stella kiddos goofing around in their Thermos Plaid shirts – Liam and Rowan. Too cute! The pattern we used was Kwik Sew #3146.

What have you been making with Jack and Lulu’s Take A Hike collection? We love sharing your projects on our “Show Us Your Stella” Pinterest page – feel free to email us your images to info@dearstelladesign.com.
