Ashe // Darling Ranges Dress

Did you know that we’re offering a couple collections on cotton shirting this season? Ashe and the soon-to-be-released Sunday Morning (including Calico!) are all on cotton shirting, and we love the way they feel.

We decided to stitch up a new dress using the Blossom print from Ashe. To say that we are thrilled with the result would be an understatement!

The pattern we used is the Darling Ranges dress by Megan Nielsen – a super cute button up dress! We left the sleeves off of our version since it was still quite warm when it was made, but with a sweater or jacket this dress will take us right into fall!

This print from Ashe is especially nice for the transition into cooler temps, and the cotton shirting stitched up beautifully! It really was a perfect pairing with this dress pattern.

We can’t wait to see what you make – whether it’s a garment, quilt, bag, or other accessory! What are your ideas for this collection?

Ashe is in stores now! Ask for it at your local quilt shop or find it online.

I love this–the “shirting” reminds me of the Liberty fabrics.
